Print

Printing costs are 5 cents per page for black and white, and 50 cents per page for color.

 

Printing from a Mobile Device or Laptop

To print from your mobile device:

  1. Download the PrinterOn App
  2. Once in the app, search for “Harborfields”
  3. Select “black and white” or “color” printer and click the star to save (to add the other printer: search for “Harborfields” again, select the other printer and click the star to save)
  4. Locate what you would like to print and enter your email
  5. Retrieve printing at the Print Release Station next to the Reference Desk in the Adult Department

To print from your laptop/computer:

  1. Visit our Web Portal
  2. Select printer (Black and White OR Color), enter email and upload your file
  3. Retrieve documents at the Print Release Station next to the Reference Desk in the Adult Department

Printing from Public Computers

When logged into the library’s public computers, users are entitled to 50 cents worth of free copies per day.  Printing costs are 5 cents for black and white, and 50 cents for color. Wireless printing can be used in the library or from home at the same costs.

Curbside Pickup of Mobile Printing

After submitting your job, please wait approximately 10 minutes for the job to process. Call the Library (631-757-4200) and ask for the Reference Desk. We will print your document and arrange for you to pick it up!

 

    Scan

    You can scan documents or photos and save to USB or send by email.  The scanner is located in the Adult Department across from the Reference Desk.

    Fax

    Fax any number of pages to anywhere in the United States for $2. Receive a fax for $1 per page and retrieve your document at the Circulation Desk. The fax machine is located in the Adult Department across from the Reference Desk.

    Copy

    Two black and white photocopiers are available for public use adjacent to the Circulation Desk.  The cost is 5 cents per page.
