Library Board Meetings are usually scheduled on the last Thursday of every month. Dates and times are subject to change for holidays and other conflicts. The public is invited to attend.

Harborfields Public Library is governed by a Library Board consisting of 5 elected trustees. Each trustee serves a five-year term with one trustee position coming up for election each year. Trustees serve without compensation and are the official policy-making body of the library.
