Anyone can register for the Virtual class presented through Zoom.
Non-residents: If you would like to join the in-person class please let us know in the special notes section when registering and you will be transferred to the in-person class if space allows.
Participants are encouraged to move and work out at their own pace under the direction of certified instructor Barbara Schwenker.
