Program Description

Event Details

By planting and caring for tree seedlings you can learn about ecosystems and the valuable role trees play. You can support the NYS Seedling Program by registering and in doing so you will receive a White Pine (Pinus strobus): Native long-needled evergreen. Pick a good spot for your tree to grow, plant, take a picture, and email it to us at to earn 1 hour of community service. Please register.




*IMPORTANT* When registering yourself or your child for a program, please select YES to "Do you have a library card?" if either you or your child are Harborfields Library cardholders. If you select NO the registrant will be placed on a waitlist with non-residents.
