A 45 min yoga adventure for the whole family.  The practice is like a story, with participants acting as the characters as they go on their yoga journey. Class ends with a reading of a related children's story.

Children in this class actively engage in soccer and baseball activities. The class will cover various sports skills such as throwing, catching, dribbling, and kicking. Coaches will use different props to work on balance, jumping and running.
