In this class we explore classic benchmark examples of different red varietals like Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot etc. All have their own set of flavors, structure and aroma profiles. This exploration will introduce you to the basics and help you learn what styles of red you prefer and what to look for when you sit down to taste any red. No wine samples will be served at this class. Registration begins Friday, October 3rd at 10:00 AM.
