Event Details

The tastes of the Caribbean come to Long Island.  Join BBQ Master Brian Collins to learn his secrets to a successful BBQ.  This year we will be treated to jerk chicken, Cuban style pulled pork, rice and pigeon peas, and Caribbean slaw.  

There is a $10 fee per person.  Harborfields Library cardholders may register beginning Friday, July 1st.  If space remains, non-residents may register beginning July 8th.  No refunds and no take-out containers permitted.
