All members of the community 16-years-old and up are invited to join this program presented by Community Action for Social Justice. Registered attendees will leave with a free NARCAN kit. Opioids are central nervous system (CNS) depressants. They imitate the body’s endorphins and slow
breathing. An overdose occurs when breathing slows too much to get enough oxygen to the brain or stops completely. Learn how to recognize an opioid overdose, and the steps to take to save a life. Please register.
