Mercy Haven Inc - Table Event

"Mercy Haven’s mission is to acknowledge the dignity and potential of people who are homeless, living with mental illness or living in poverty by providing housing, advocacy, education & life skills development. For forty years, Mercy Haven has provided temporary and permanent housing, as well as vital support services, to those in need across Long Island. Mercy Haven is part of a Medicaid initiative that can provide enhanced services to eligible Medicaid members at no charge. These enhanced services can include nutrition support and housing services."

We will be completing eligibility screenings on site, as well as scheduling phone screenings if preferred.
