Join Beth Signore, LCSW-R from Family Service League's caregiver support and education program who will present "Stress Management and Self-care."  

The caregiver program is open to all residents throughout Suffolk County. The program provides group and individual counseling. ALL SERVICES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. 

Funding provided by the Suffolk County Office for Aging and the US Department of Health & Human Services through the NYS Office for Aging.
