Award-Winning A Mano Baking Company is sharing their secret recipe for the Best of Long Island winning coffee cake. You must bring a mixing bowl and utensil to follow along.  Each participant will create enough batter to bake an entire cake at home. There is a $10 fee for the class, which is open to Harborfields Library cardholders only. Registration opens Wednesday, November 1st in person and online.  Payment is due at the time of registration. We are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone.
