With more than 35 years at AAA, John Paul has earned the title of “Car Doctor.” He is a certified mechanic and he will answer automotive questions or talk through the option for those who are in the market for a new car.
John began his career as an automotive technician and maintains his ASE Master Automotive Certification. He is president of the New England Motor Press Association, a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE International), chairman of several vocational school automotive advisory boards, and an advisor to the AAA National Automotive Engineering board. He is a regular automotive columnist for The Boston Globe, The Providence Journal and NY Newsday newspapers and websites, as well as other regional and automotive publications. He is a regular guest on radio and television shows throughout the Northeast and hosts his own weekly radio program on FM 104.9 where he answers a wide range of listener questions.
