Event Details

Learn how to make Artisan Bread, Baguettes, Boules like a seasoned master baker.  In this hands-on workshop you will make four pounds of dough, (enough for four loaves of bread).  You will take the dough home to bake the next day.  There is a $15 per person fee, and registration is limited to Harborfields Library cardholders between October 1 - 9.  If space remains, non-residents may register starting October 10.
