This program will explore adapting Long Island's housing inventory and transportation networks to fit the needs of an aging population. What challenges does Long Island's suburban landscape present? Richard Murdoch is the founder of the website The Foggiest Idea, an acclaimed resource on real estate development, and serves as an adjunct professor in Stony Brook University’s public policy graduate program.
