 ve pet collars to donate to a local animal shelter. These collars  are su
 re to catch the eyes and hearts of potential adopters. Volunteers will ear
 n 1.5  hours of community service. Finished projects are due back to the 
 library by Monday, December 16th.Quantities are limited. Please register. 
 Once registered you make pick up your kits between December 2 and December
  8.
