Event Details

For this holiday cooking class we will make two irresistible sweet treats that make perfect gifts. First, we’ll make Spiced Candied Pecans, roasted to a crunchy perfection with a blend of sugar, cinnamon, and a hint of cayenne. Then, we’ll create Candied Orange Peel, a chewy, flavorful confection that captures the essence of the holidays. Package these together in decorative bags tied with festive ribbons, ready to give as thoughtful, homemade gifts. Please bring a small knife and chopping board.  The Library will provide a small gift bag and ribbon.  There is a $10 fee payable upon registration which begins Tuesday, December 3 at 10:00 AM
