Event Details

Hands on Huntington welcomes guest speaker Beth Signore, LCSW, Program Director, Family Service League's Caregiver Support and Education Program.  Beth's workshop will help the caregiver of an aging loved one learn how to handle their own stress and how to focus on their own self-care.   The caregiver program is open to all residents throughout Suffolk County and provides group and individual counseling FREE OF CHARGE.  Funding provided by the Suffolk County Office for Aging and the US Department of Health & Human Services through the NYS Office for Aging.
