Suffolk County Back To School Covid-19 Test Kit Distribution

"As we get closer to the beginning of the school year it is imperative that students are provided the tools that we know help prevent exposure and spread of COVID-19.

When: Tuesday, August 2^nd, 2022 from 12:00PM to 6:00PM
Where: in the lobby of the H. Lee Dennison Building, located at 100 Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, NY 11788.

All Suffolk County residents are encouraged to attend and obtain free COVID-19 Test Kits. Approximately 3,500 tests will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis."
