Join Miss Amy as she introduces and guides you through relaxing yoga stretches, movement and breathing with your baby. Be ready to use your imagination and move your body! The library will provide mats. No siblings, please.

Due to the high demand to attend Children’s programs, please notify us or follow the link in the confirmation email to cancel your registration if you are unable to attend. Patrons on the waitlist will be notified if a space in the program becomes available.

Enjoy all the mobility and peace of mind that a regular yoga class provides while feeling fully supported in a chair. Instructor Eden Bennett brings over 18 years of arthritis exercise and 24 years of yoga experience/training to this class.

Visit our creativity stations where little artists will make simple projects to inspire their imaginations. Activities will include coloring, stickers, bingo markers and a seasonal glue project.
